Intended to replace the (very) obsolete Redoubt H.B., the Barbican, named for the gatehouse towers of a walled city , hopes to continue in the proud tradition of bombarding helpless civilians within those cities.

    Hidden in the fuselage is a weight/piston apparatus that keeps the center of mass in place when the 3K lbs payload is dropped. Not quite the same feel/performance as before, but it helps!

    @ThomasRoderick Thanks! I had a working FT powered sight, but eventually it ran into too many issues.

    I originally was going to have the gear located in two forward "blisters", but I was getting irritated by issues involved and amount of time it was taking me to build, so this is what I ended up with. I may eventually change it back though.

    Would probably be a pain to land given the placement of the gears, but the general shape is good. Also, the bomb sight is SICK! In general, a textbook example of good dieselpunk design.
