This is more of a test frame for more complex control schemes. As of now it has PID controls for roll to help with roll stability during hard pitching. Also act4 puts it in a tracking mode which has it match the altitude of a target craft and changes the roll control to automatically return to zero. 2 is for flaps, 3 deploys the refuel probe, 1 opens the cockpit
