The Grumman F4F 'Wildcat' is a mid-wing fighter monoplane that entered service in the Second World War. It is a member of the long-running designs that uses the fuselage-retracting landing gear, commonly seen on Grumman designs.

@RolandTelmsFrossag The fuselage-retrancting landing gear (or the Grumman landing gear) is a little hard thing to do
i struggled at hinges (yah, there was hinge rotator > fuselage > piston)
nice plane, but it would be nice if the landing gear was a little more reductive
