This cargo transport turned heavy weapons platform is a truely magnificent and/or horrifying sight, depending on what side of the conflict you are on. The twin rotary autocannons have been retained from the base pelican, and two additional gun assemblies have been added below the primary engines. Four HAVOK Type V missiles are placed on a pair of pylons on the main wings, and pods containing 10 Anvil-II air to surface missiles are placed on the remaining hardpoints. To round off the loadout, there are 4 Anvil-IV missile pods on top of the fuselage, each containing 8 missiles. Due to the hefty price tag of this gunship, it's a one-of-a-kind powerhouse on the battlefield.

Additional Notes:

  • The D79-TC Pelican has two tri-barrel 70mm rotary autocannons in its chin, most Condors remove these in favor of a sensor package. This Condor adds 2 additional twin assemblies under the primary engine intakes.

  • Although usually used for blasting apart asteroids, HAVOK mines can be attached to missiles to act as a nuclear payload.

  • Anvil-II missiles are launched by Pelicans in both Halo 2 and Halo 3, and can target aircraft.

  • Anvil-IV missiles are launched by AC-220 Vultures in Halo Wars, they are the Vulture's 'Y' ability.
