The KNK-47.X is a variant of the KNK-47. it was supposed to serve as a ground attack aircraft and a heavy bomber. Initially intended as a very long-range (VLR) escort fighter, the KNK-47.X was designed to escort heavy bombers on missions exceeding 2,000 miles (3,200 km), but the war ending faster than expected, and a lack of ressources and approval from the miltary cancelled the order of 875 of these aircraft. They did serve however as training CAS aircraft, after the war, and some even considered transforming the remaining aircraft into racing planes, thanks to it's incredibl speed. Only 10 of these aircrafts were ever built.
