RFE Locomotive Works has produced a modernized verison of the Aerotrain, mixed with the Canadian variant. The concept is a low cost, but effective unit. This is only the locomotive, coaches are not included. Redesigned because the original AeroTrains from the 50s/60s sucked.
I don't think it works on the railway mod, but you can try. Just set the wheek rotators to free spin.
