B-13X Torpedo Bomber

27.8k bskngshrk  8.6 years ago

INSTRUCTIONS
Cam 1: Cockpit View
Cam/Group 2: Launch Torpedo + Torpedo View
After the payload is dropped, the plane can cruise at 205 MPH at sea level with 40% power to stabilize and further lengthen range.

My second torpedo bomber, equipped with my updated D500L3 torpedo, plus four extra bombs if it doesn't get the job done. A two-engine, single-seat airplane with a uniquely assymentrical form. The B-13X is one of the first installments of my next generation of airplanes, so it provides a much longer range and engine run time than most other planes in its class. A sure terror to the enemy fleet, and a must-have for any airforce. Enjoy, leave a comment, and happy flying :)

This is really cool. I love it when someone can make an asymmetrical plane that flies well

I use a combination of structural panels and thin .1 and .2 fuselage pieces @Scottydoesthings I usually start with connecting a panel to the bottom of the standard cockpit, and construct a horizontal square or diagonal rhombus shape. Then I just go from there :)

How do you even start on these kinds of aircraft(ones with only structural wings)??????
