This large, heavily-armed seaplane is operated by the "Mamma Aiuto" gang of seaplane pirates. The plane has undergone extensive modification, but was perhaps originally a German Dornier or something similar.
This version has been repaired following an encounter with Porco Rosso's Savoia S.21, and has an incomplete paint job as a result.

@LonelySea22 I finally watched Porco Rosso after almost 30 years after it's release
I FINALLY FOUND WHERE YOUR PROFILE COMES FROM!!!!
it's so good though. 👏 **
@ijntaihou44 I'm glad you like it! It's got so much character - definitely a fun design, and I think I managed to get that heavy but stable feeling.
Update, you can definitely destroy the Beast and its escorts with it.
But you're gonna look like the Dabohaze in the film, post Savoia S.21 encounter afterwards.
HOLY CHRIST THANK YOU WHY DOES NOBODY MENTION THE PIRATES' PLANES-
Ahem, good job. It definitely started as a Dornier passenger seaplane, there's even a drawing of it in The Art Of Porco Rosso, I have the book!
