Cool Idea!
I have a bit of experience making bikes, I also worked in a bicycle shop for a long time IRL, and worked on quite a few Enduro models, I even owned a couple of Big-Hit bikes myself ;)
I made a bike (motorcycle) a while back and it solved a few problems I had with balance.. Here's a link it has a tutorial to take it apart.
just so you can see the control layout and what I did to have flexible control for doing all sorts of tricks and such, feel free to use any of it or not if it doesn't fit your idea.
- The one thing I would recommend is, Think of the Gyro as if it was the Rider...
where the center of gravity is compared to the bike (usually around where the seat is), and how body movement can be translated to the gyro.

@HamV2 thanks I will probably add bars a seat ect I'm just seeing how people like it

I messed around with it for a little while and it was a very fun creation! I have no ideas for the stabilization, but I think this wold be great for VR!
