Auto Credit Based on Pilotmario's Maverick Fighter
To detach drop tanks, press (1). To use air brakes, pull VTOL up. The original Maverick Fighters had severe controllability issues and was discovered that the boxy shape added excess drag. It also had very poor endurance, and often relied on midair refuelling to stay aloft. Many modifications were made, and the Mk II was developed. Fitted with a new BFE 6000, it can reach speeds up to 2,000 miles per hour. With the presence of the Helios Fighter, this aircraft suddenly became the Pilotmario Air Force's greatest asset towards countering them.
