The M5A4 Victoria, officially 120mm Gun Full Tracked Combat Tank M5A4 Victoria, is a Paternian 4th-generation main battle tank and is considered a major overhaul. Notable is the entirely new frontal armor profile, redesigned lower hull, implimentation of 1500hp multifuel turbine engine with 330cc multifuel Wankel rotary APU, new 40mm smoke dischargers, and vastly improved electronic systems over its predecessor. While it retains largely the same turret and 120mm M9A2 L/44 cannon as its predecessor, it is almost a new tank. Improved composites for armor and integrated active protection systems provide it incredible survivability.

However, most important is the AN/VYK-205 Data Processor. Functioning as a fifth crew member devoted solely to the tank, it has immense computational power that allows it to do everything from monitoring parts wear and crew fatigue to the locations of friendly and hostile units, and everything in between. Not only does it do this, but it communicates this in a centralized system that allows access to those who need it most at their fingertips. It is programmed to be able to learn habits and information over time. To assist familiarization with the system, it is provided with an AI that can converse with the crew, with either a male or female personality, capable of engaging in small talk with humans across multiple cultural backgrounds.

Victoria may not be the fastest, most heavily armed or armored tank in the Command and Conquer world, but it is the smartest. And an opponent which relies on wit and tact to win fights is far more dangerous than an opponent that rely on muscle.
