NASA "Herc" Explorer

21.6k Rugpeersdude  8.9 years ago

Through rigorous testing and weeks of frustration with simpleplanes force closing on my phone, the NASA "HERC" Explorer is finally done. HERC stands for Heavy-Exploration-Recon-Carrier. It is designed by NASA sometime in the far away future for exploring undiscovered planets and life forms.

Equipped with two main laser cannons on the wings and an auto-turret mounted on top, the HERC wasn't intended for offense, but more for exploration with defensive weapons as needed. It come... es with a drivable rover for ground exploration.

I can upload a more mobile friendly version if anyone would like.

Two things you MUST do if you download this is to 1. Try flying at night, and 2 take a look around the Herc while driving the rover.

AG1 + trim: raise and lower ramp.

AG2: release the rover and activate rover engine, steering, and gun.

AG3 + roll: activate auto-turret

AG4 + landing gear: unlock wheels for conventional takeoff and landing.

AG5 + VTOL: hyperdrive if you dare.
