Overview: The Venture F500 is an elliptical flying-wing aircraft, designed to maximize lift and serve as a testbed for future Venture flying wings. The aircraft, with its large wingspan and thick airfoil profile, is capable of flying at speeds as low as 45mph, while its two 1500hp three-bladed propeller engines can push the aircraft to a speed of nearly 350mph and altitudes at or above 30,000ft.
FLIGHT CHARACTERISTICS
Maximum Airspeed (TAS): 350mph, 563kph, 304knots.
Maximum Altitude: 40,000ft, 12,192m.
Takeoff Airspeed (IAS)(Full Throttle): ~85mph, ~137kph, ~74knots.
Landing Airspeed (IAS): ~55mph, ~89kph, ~48knots.
Controls:
- Trim: Trim.
- VTOL: Airbrakes.
- Activate1: Toggle Engines.
NOTES
- The aircraft is slow to roll, but has high pitch sensitivity.
- Pitch and Yaw control have sensitivity dampeners that decrease sensitivity as airspeed increases.
- I recommend using full airbrakes and trim while landing.
- Rudder input will likely be required at low speeds for turning, as ailerons have trouble fully turning the aircraft at low speeds.
- The aircraft has a pitch-down tendency at lower speeds, and a slight pitch-up tendency at higher speeds. As a result, some trim adjustments will likely be required while flying.

fun to mess with
It’s like a bird I saw a picture of once.
Long beak from the side, suuuper slim from the front.
@Graingy Heh, it does look a bit goofy, especially from the side-view.
Wide and stubb.

YOU SHALL FEEL THE WRATH OF THE MIGHTY MONARCH!
@standardCookie yep, I let him use my account
@STENDEC Nah, it's fixed-gear.
