Proposal for an anti-aircraft vehicle using an 88-mm anti-aircraft gun. Development began in Germany in 1941. The vehicle was developed on the Pz.Sfl.IVc chassis. The operational requirements of the vehicle were constantly changed and the FlaK 41 gun was only installed on the chassis in 1944. The vehicle was to form the basis for models with different armament alternatives. However, the plan was not implemented. Only three prototypes were built.
