This is the control tower at Alexandria International Airport. Prior to 1992, the facility was known as England Air Force Base, which was a front-line United States Air Force base which was opened during World War II and was used during the Cold War. It currently is a public airport that is located four nautical miles from the business district in Alexandria Louisiana. (Trim is to rotate the lights on top) And thanks to 1PlainPlanes for the infinite rotator.
