This seaplane was designed in Germany in the late 1930’s according to a request from the RLM for a medium sized torpedo bomber that could float on water. It did well against the Allied convoys in the early stages of the war until better aircraft showed up to protect the vulnerable cargo ships.
This is a medium sized floatplane torpedo bomber inspired by the real life He 115. It has two moving turrets and a cannon to defend itself. It’s floats have rudders so the plane can move better in the water. It can sink one of the AI WWII Destroyers easily.
Taking off and landing tips:
- When the plane is taking off, be patient with it. It takes off between 127 to 140 mph.
- Anytime you are going fast across the water, which means both take off and landing, go full up elevator.
- When landing, keep the plane as stable as you can.
Both turrets have a camera to switch to.
AG1 to use the rear turret. AG2 to use the turret in the nose. VTOL to control the turrets.
The rear turret moves up and down. The turret in the nose moves side to side.
