SNAW C.P. 1 (Car Plane One)
AG8 On + AG7 Off = Plane mode
AG8 Off + AG7 On = Car mode.
Plane mode:
No special controlls. Easy to fly, very short landing, but very long take off. You need about 140 MPH for rotation.
You have roll, pitch, yaw, airbrakes and trim as usual.
Car mode:
Thrust = engine
roll = steer
Brake = wheel brake
During the trasformation from plane to car there are some surfaces that become spoilers for downforce.
Fantasy story
In the '60 and '70 a lot of attempt was done to made a mix of a plane with a car. No one of them made success, specially as car. No one of them flly well and drive well. The SNAW C.P. 1 is a bit better than the previous, but still have some limitation. Not so agile and not so quick to take off is a "not so good" plane, but still decent.
As car it has slow acceleration, but globallly it is not so bad, but.. it's ugly as car. Really ugly.
And not trascurable dettail, is really expensive, and requide driver license AND flying license.
Globally a toy for rich peoples, not a lot of them will be selled. BTW four rich persons can travel with this comfortably in air or on the streets.
Two words about this project.
It was a fast built, it came in my mind crossing the fallimentary attempt to made flying cars from the past and a prototype show car from '70 I recently see in a photo.
I initially attempted to make it as prop plane, but there quas a lot of issues. As jet carplane it is a lot better.
All you see in this build is basically fake. I was boud to made it fly with hidden surfaces. The multiple rotators and pistons on wings can't manage the wings forces.
I hope you will enjoy to fly around islands and drive your "car" when landed.

@Baldovino
Yep :3
@ND40X there is still plenty time for a lot of beautifull creation to come. :)
@atgxtg Thanks :)
Nice folding wing.
@Baldovino
This is really nice and definitely one of the best ones so far, by a mile!
Good job :3
