Hello all.
Welcome to the General Aviation builder boardroom. Today, we are discussing new and innovative ideas for the General Aviation market. Your task as a builder is to design a new and unusual design which is quite different from typical GA designs such as the Piper PA-28. For example, you could build a jet aircraft, go nuts. Anyways, that is all, so GO AND DESIGN THOSE PLANES!
RULES:
-You can have up to 3 entries
-Each entry must have the appropriate tags
-Your entry should be at least from the present (now), from the 1960's or in the future (not too far into the future though)
-Can either be a replica or fictional
-Must be a successor (let me know if this isn't possible)
-Your build must be original/your own idea (don't just copy someone else)
-Each entry must have a description that also has the controls listed
-It must be able to fly
-XML modding is allowed, but no mod parts
-I should be tagged in each entry
-The part count can't exeed 1250 parts
-You can have either a Jet, Piston or Turboprop
-Yes, helicopters are allowed
-Size must not have a length greater than 45 feet and a wingspan greater than 58 feet
JUDGING:
I will be judging each entry out of 10 based on:
Design
Performance
Paint scheme
Build quality
My impressions

By the way engineers, you don't need to include the name of this challenge in your entry's name.
JUST IN CASE: There is a size restriction.
-
The length of your entry must not exeed 45 Feet.
-
The wingspan must also not exeed 58 Feet.
This is so your entry stays realistic for the GA category in terms of size. Also, I'm actually being quite generous in terms of the size restrictions
@Gnome360
Probably not, cause that's far outside what we are capable of at this time.
@ND40X Look at my planes or the tag, you may like it.
@Gnome360
By Hypno plane, what do you mean by that?
@Omel I know, i was asking just if a future event appeared.
@Omel Didn't see GENERAL avition, sorry
Just a question, would a hypno plane qualify?
Ok, so I was busy, so the results release date will be tomorrow.
@ND40X Welp, that's America for you.
@Numbers I know the whole story on that already, but thanks for the clarification!
@MrPorg137 @Numbers
Yeah, looking it up, the U.S uses the 'mm/dd/yyyy' system, while pretty much anywhere outside the U.S uses the 'dd/mm/yyyy' system
@ND40X Dangit Me. I'm kind of obsessed with Britain (I know that sounds odd, but trust me, I'm not that odd). I should know that. Yes, I'm America
It is dude. You sound like you are American going by that. (I'm British). It's just short for: 16th April 2020
@MrPorg137
@ND40X Do you mean the results will be released on 4/16/20? 16/4/20 is not an existent date.
@Baldovino
Yep
@ND40X :) There is a bunch of interesting ideas, but mine apart - I can't judge my own works - and speacking only about aestetic, at least 8 of them catch the eye really well.
One is not so pleasant but is unusual and more or less credible.
A couple are not so unusual, but .. hey! They are simply amazing!
I did not try every plane, so I cant speach about how they flies.
You have hard work in front of you to judge. :)
@Baldovino
Don't worry, the results will be out soon.
Hi all. The deadline is reached and passed. I hope we will know the results soon :)
Last day for everyone
@Baldovino
Yes :3
The deadline is near.. :)
@SemedianIndustries
Well, you can if it fits within the size limit
@ND40X here
@SemedianIndustries
Can you give me an example?
