The McDonnell Douglas DC-10 (currently Boeing DC-10) is a three-engine wide-body jet airliner manufactured by the American company McDonnell Douglas. It was the second aircraft with these characteristics to enter service, after the Boeing 747, and shortly before the Lockheed L-1011 TriStar,[2] and like the latter, the DC-10 has a three-engine configuration. SBA Airlines (formerly known as: Santa Bárbara Airlines) was a Venezuelan airline headquartered in the Tokay Building in Caracas, Miranda State.[1] It had its main connection center at the Simón Bolívar Maiquetía International Airport in Maiquetia, Vargas State, which serves Caracas. The company served international destinations to various points within America and Europe, together with Aserca Airlines, PAWA Dominicana and Línea Turística Aereotuy made up the Cóndor Group.
