Mechanical Horse

Hi guys, I’m back again.
What I’m giving to you here is a special kind of walker-mech, as another addition to my mechanics series. I tried to make this mechanism something unique, so I decided to make something that you could make in real life as well. What I’ve made here uses only a rotator to power the whole mechanism. The rest of it is made using only free-moving parts.
Basic mechanism was made by myself. Calculating and getting the lengths and angles right on this thing was an absolute pain in the butt. 10/10 would not do this manually again.
It's still sorta bad, and can only reach up to about ~6 mph normally, but I think somebody could improve it- the problem is that it keeps leaping up, lessening traction.
Controls
- Throttle to start the horse
- Cockpit view shows a cool from-chariot view.
Have fun, SnoWFLakE0s

clever use of rotators!
@Cream Thanks! I guess that's a good idea- a lot of people were talking about the springs helping.
Just a quick tip: the bumping is caused by the back legs. Because of the mechanism, they move like a pendulum and because they don't contract, they cause the horse to jump a bit. If you implement the same mechanism for the back legs, it will work better!
You can also add some springs to the legs (note, set their strenght to be high) to make the ride less bumpy.
Overall, this is a very ingenious concept! Great work!
Nice walker!

Maybe if you add a dampened spring to the hooves, that would probably reduce the bounciness. This is a very cool, very awesome creation! :)
Does it eat carrots? If not I’m not downloading.
Where did you get the idea to make mechanical horses? This is so cool!

Dude, you are genius
@FastDan Thanks!
when you get a call to your lady friend but its 1572 and cars haven't been invented so you create a fully mechanical horse
Hooray!Great job!
