I dunno how i did it...but my plane I built from a pile of messed up parts and contraptions went from a attack plane, to a plane that helps the community...the map is uploaded on Reddit...but if my post never worked on Reddit, I'll link it to Deviant Art, a more reliable place. Not much to it...
The plane can hold flight easily at 15% power, has infinite fuel, and a modded cockpit.
Auto Pilot WILL NOT WORK with this plane, Auto Pilot will reset the VTOL, the wing fold is controlled by VTOL.
XML Modded the engine to give it more power than it actually needs, I never turned it down when I uploaded it...i didn't want to anyways, so it may get hard to control at higher speeds.

VTOL all the way UP or all the way DOWN to unfold wings. (They always fold upward.)
VTOL Center to fold wings.
Brakes Key to slow down quickly.
