Made by a few people in a war struck country, using all they had for a final escape. These people were welders before the war, they got all metal they could fine, from forks to pipes, and melted it down enough to make a shell around their car, probably the only working one in a 10 mile radius. It is armed with a Ak on the top, stolen from a soldier, and ammo in the trunk. It can carry 4 people, the two welders and two other men. It has some armor to bounce and absorb smaller shells, but AP will go right through it they think.

The reason it would take almost no casualties is because people would see it, poke their heads from their cover, and then get shot..... they look at the thing and say: What even....... gets shot by sniper
