TUPL Lore!
TUPL has been around since 1915, bro is old. Anyways, meet one of TUPL's earliest aircraft (in the lore), the TFA-1 Monsoon!
This plane is a little different.
It's dreadfully slow compared to most TUPL aircraft, but it's an amazing turner with mighty armor and four 100mm cannons. Yes, you read that right. Four 100mm cannons which can vaporize almost anything.
Also the first official instance of the TUPL Roundel on SP!!
Now, as of the lore, it was made circa 1932 to help Japan during the Otesk War, as their air force was suffering at the hands of Nepal. The Type 44 was built to eliminate all issues which Japan's fighters had, and although speed would remain an issue, agility, armor, and firepower would all sum up into this monstrosity.
Somehow, it would find use after the war, and would serve all the way up until the early 70s. TUPL themself was the last user of it, with most other nations "abandoning" the Monsoon in the early 50s in favor of the more powerful jets. Regardless, the Monsoon would see combat after its glory days, and claim wins against the MiG-15 on a few occasions.
