1953 War of the Worlds Attack Craft

20.0k SpartanSR91  8.6 years ago

This is what the martians used in the 1953 film iteration of H.G. Wells War of the Worlds. On first glance this craft appears to be a flying machine (it is in simpleplanes) but it actually is a tripod. It has three electro-magnetic beams (invisible hover legs) emitting from the underside of the craft, keeping it above the ground. The model in simpleplanes features full VTOL capabilities, rotating (yaw) and functioning (action group 1) primary laser emitter. Alien technology is difficult to control, so here are some instructions: 1. Throttle up to between 52% and 58% power (too little power will not move the craft and too much will return the craft to its home planet). 2. pitch and roll to remain as level as possible. 3. OPTIONAL hit action group 1 and yaw to move the laser emmitter (the red thing on top) and TAKE OVER THE WORLD!!
