The newly built T-80BV, equipped with a full set of contact-1 explosive reactive armor from the factory, has been replaced with the first formula, and is superior to the previously manufactured T-80 in terms of protection.
The turret of the tank, as well as the stabilizers, are from the Yuper's T-80B Mod 1982.
