Lykins KA-3 Spartan-A
𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩
Since the forming of the new country SimpleLandia in 2017, they needed a military right away to protect them from terrorists. So later that year, Lykins Aviation Company developed SimpleLand's first military vehicle, the FA-3 Spartan-A, a multirole jet aircraft capable of speeds excess of 400+ mph and light carpet-bombing. It packs a punch when asked. Because of it's internal bomb-bay, it is mainly used as a Strike Fighter to scare the heck out of ISIS on the ground. It's payload include four 1,000 lbs bombs and two AGM-65 Mavericks. Although a great strike aircraft, it is not a very good fighter in Air-to-Air, despite it's "F" designation, and only carries two AIM-120 AMRAAM's for self defense against other fighters. But it's gun makes up for it. The GAU/8 Avenger Cannon, the same one carried on the US A-10 Thunderbolt II, is so dangerous that most ships flee at the sight of Spartans on radar. Able to fire 4,200 rounds a minute, Taliban T-54's don't stand a chance. Also because of its huge fuel tanks, the Spartan can travel cross-country and trans-ocean crossing.
