No Fuselage Challenge Simple Torpedo Bomber
This Simple Torpedo Bomber has been a complete pain in the backside to build.
It has been an education in patience, perseverance and nudging. Lots of nudging.
Seriously - nothing on this model is actually attached to where it actually ended up.
My inspiration? The Nakajima B5N, of course! But to be honest I just started playing around with blocks to see what I could manage. It became Japanese by default because of the simple national insignia...
Controls!
AG1 - Vtol down to fold wings
AG2 - ditch centre line stores (a dropy tanky thing in this case - but torpedoes and boom25s fit too without fouling the landing gear)
AG3 - ditch inner wing stores - torpedoes in this case
AG4 - ditch outer wing stores - more drop tank like things
Other than that it is VTOL down to drop flaps and trim to adjust the pitch attitude. Oh! and there are two machine guns housed in the engine cowling.
Have fun and TORA TORA TORA!

@DarthAbhinav yeah, but what took me a year has taken you 3 months. Good going!
@DarthAbhinav many thanks!
@destroyerP No rush. Thanks for making a very challenging challenge. I had great fun building this.
I will test this later
