Le-19 Pinscher Gunship
A WWII style entrant into Connster3's Gunship Challenge. The Le-19 was developed on the side by an engineer working on A-20 Havocs at the Douglas Aircraft Company. He determined that the best answer to Germany's Panzers was an airborn antitank gun. Skipping the smaller cannon usually used in aviation applications, he went straight to the 75mm High Velocity Anti-Tank Gun. Since it was so darn heavy he had to lighten it considerably making it a bit of a fragile gun system. He also had to limit the ammount of ammunition carried. In order to offset this, he added 8 HVAR 5" rockets and 4 forward facing .50 caliber machine guns. In order to keep the Baddies off your six' he also included a bubble mounted dorsal machine gun.
AG1 for cannon (select and fire Boom 25)
AG2 for Dorsal gund (VTOL for traverse, Trim for elevation)
AG3 to jettision all rockets
AG5 for position and cockpit lights.
Roundels are just place holders and are beholden to no actual nationality. Enjoy cracking tanks and naval vessels alike.
