Auto Credit Based on ollielebanania's PART EFFICIENCY CHALLENGE (CLOSED)

Warning! The following description is Fictional

The MC/SV-3 is the first modern combat vehicle of the Coalition of Eastern Islands. It was created to fulfill the role of an an easily and quickly deployable mobile anti-tank weapon which could penetrate enemy lines. It also served as a vehicle for commando units, because of its speed, large carrying capacity, and easily repairable and replaceable parts.

The hull design featured 6 main wheels(powered) and 4 smaller wheels(unpowered) directly under the turret, to support it's weight. It is an unusual design, but it does prevent the middle section from bottoming out over obstacles.

It's weaponry consists of a main 120mm low velocity autoloader cannon and a RCWS 30mm autocannon. The RCWS is controlled by the radio operator while the 120mm is controlled by the gunner in the turret. The main gun can only fire the type of ammunition that is loaded in the autoloader. It mainly uses 120mm HEATFS. The gun is mostly effective at medium to close range because of its low velocity, but it can be used to hit stationary targets at longer ranges. The 30mm autocannon is useful for protecting against aircraft or helicopters, but it can also be used as an anti-infantry weapon.

The armor on the vehicle is subpar, reaching 50mm at most. Add on composite armor is usually added to most of the exterior of the vehicle giving it better protection. It will definitely not be able to withstand main caliber weapons, but it can stop smaller caliber rounds and some IEDs.

Ok some advice when using this. Firstly, it is very top heavy, so it is prone to flipping over, especially over asphalt roads. I incorporated a steering system in which the wheels turn at certain speeds, so it's easier to control. I removed its anti roll steering because it stopped it from being able to turn at high speeds. So just don't take turns to hard, especially at high speeds.

Controls
Trim: Forward/Reverse
Yaw: Turning
Pitch: Gun Elevation
Roll: Turret Rotation

AG1: Activate turret
AG2: Toggles fine aim
AG3: Activate autocannon
AG4: Lights
AG5: Front lights
AG6: Handbrake
AG8: Toggle Horizontal stabilizer(forgot to add one for the vertical stab)

V/Deploy Countermeasure: hold for smoke screen

Features
- Interior
- Pseudo-gearbox
- 2-plane stabilizer
- autoaim(for 30m only)
- smoke grenades
- smoke generator(deploy countermeasures)
- Aim assist thingy

Aim assist(tells you what gun elevation is needed to aim at a stationary target)

^This is where I got the name. I didn't know what to call it, and this guy just randomly said honey badger one time, so I used it

Note:
Sooo... This thing was pretty rushed, kinda... not really. I started this a few months ago, but I've been lazy the whole time. Plus, I just started college so I had stuff to do. Is it a tank? Yes. Is it good? maybe. Is it polished? definitely not. I didn't even get anyone to test it this time. Also, I know I'm way passed the deadline of the challenge so sorry. It's missing a lot of features that I initially had planned for it(I removed some because of the part count limit). Same goes for the camo(which is pretty trash, but it's my first attempt at a camo I think). So I might make a better version in the future, if I'm not busy

@GuyFolk Thanks! It does break though when you move the gun over it slowly at its lowest elevation(didn't spot it and a lot of other things since I wasn't able to test it extensively)

I love how the antenna bouncing when it get in the way of the cannon.
That's attention to detail at it's finest.

@Korsamnang A honey badger is an animal. It is also the namesake of the real life weapon AAC Honey Badger PDW. Call of Duty didn't just make up the gun, it's a real thing.

@X4JB No need to be a perfectionist on a build that isn't your own
Some wheeled vehicles in militaries use this sort of thing for balance, especially when driving over rough terrain with thinner wheels

That smaller wheel support thing is a cool idea. It’s almost like tank tracks but able to drive like a truck
