PART EFFICIENCY CHALLENGE (CLOSED)

What's up ? In this challenge, you will have to build something with a cockpit interior BUT not above 1000 parts. Because yes it's possible and it's the best way to learn part efficiency :)
(you can skip this part if you don't want to know why) For me, the best builders in SP are those who know how to reduce the part count of a build, use their brain to focus on the important things and be smart to reduce the part count. I'm tired of seeing builds above 2000 parts but still without any cockpit interiors (I have a good pc, I can run those builds so this isn't the problem, they just aren't good builds for me)... What I love the most is doing dogfights in screenshot mode, just using the instruments, which isn't possible with a build with too much parts (because spawning an AI will cause lag) and some of them, as I previously stated, don't even have an interior.
RULES : If only one of the following rules isn't respected, your build will be disqualified.
Must have an interior fully panelled.
Must be under 1001 parts, NOT MORE.
1 - Must be a successor (for easier acces).
2 - The design must be original - in other words, the creation must have been made by yourself.
Recycling of old builds (wether they're yours or not) will be accepted only in case of major changes - like a complete rebuild.
3 - Can be whatever you want.
4 - Fictional builds are allowed, as long as they follow the other rules.
5 - XML and FineTunner allowed, encouraged and expected.
6 - No mod parts are allowed.
7 - You can submit up to two entries, but only the best of the two builds can be in the final ranking.
8 - The description of your entry must have :
- The right tags.
- Clear screenshots showing the features of your entry if it has any special characteristics.
- Detailled controls list - I hate having to guess how to operate a craft.
You will be judge around this marking scheme :
- Overall look (and fidelity to the original thing if it is a replica).
- Details.
- Build quality (strobbing, nudging quality, etc).
- Features.
- Flight characteristics. (or drive)
- Cockpit interior (instruments and if they work or not).
- Part efficiency (use your brain to reduce the part count :)), but don't make ugly things tho).
- Description (check the rules, you can win easy points with that).
- Personal impression.
AWARDS :
1st : 20 upvotes and a spotlight (if possible)
2nd : 10 upvotes
3rd : 5 upvotes

also part efficiency doesn't mean low details, just look at my two last builds.
QUICK REMEMBER it's a part efficiency challenge, not a mobile friendly challenge.
@Ihavesnowball yeah it killed the challenge lol
1.11: Y E S
this challenge will be obsolete after the update lolllllllllllllllllllllll
@ollielebananiaCFSP of course! And good luck
@LieutenantSOT thanks for explaining, I'm currently testing the builds
@AllAmericanB17 you just upvote multiple of the person's build
.
For instance, if they get 10 upvotes, you upvote 10 of their builds
How does the upvotes for the prizes work do you use alts or what
@ollielebananiaCFSP Thanks! I'll probably submit mine in a few hours, hopefully
@DarDragon I can add some extra time yes
can the deadline be extended a little bit?
@ollielebananiaCFSP I've tried figuring out HUD, Horizon, speedometer etc for the last few weeks but I can't get it done. I'll post whatever I have at the last second and hope it's flight characteristics and style are pleasing enough to score me something that isn't last place
@ollielebananiaCFSP for me I just like making the ideas rattling around in my head. My current project is a one seater personal jet with a panoramic cockpit.
@FarrowTECH I work too, and I'm working on my final exams, but I still find some time, for me having fun on this game is learning how to get better and do new things, but do as you want, I'll be happy to see a new plane in this tournament.
@ollielebananiaCFSP I'll gladly add functional guages and stuff once they're implemented into the game or as a prefab subassembly though.
@ollielebananiaCFSP I just play the game for fun man, same with challenges. Between work and college I don't have the time or patience to learn coding. I'll make a pretty plane with guages and Gizmo's and whatnot, I have a plane that I've been working on for a few months that should suffice, just needs a seat, controls, and guages. I won't make the guages functional since I don't have 2 years of on and off playtime to do it.
@FarrowTECH I never said this challenge was easy tho, everybody can do anything with some patience
@ollielebananiaCFSP yeah too complicated for me, I can't code for the life of me let alone understand it. I'll make a cockpit in my craft but don't expect all of it to be functional. That's asking too much of 90% of the users here
@FarrowTECH well check other builds intruments and their inputs, you can look at my last one if you want
How do I even make working instruments I can to throttle, yoke and other controls but not for the life of me have I been able to figure out input coding.
@chemmey yes, as long as it follow the rules.
This mean any type of aircraft from any era is allowed right?
@ollielebananiaCFSP yay
@Turkish001YT you can take a look at my last builds if you want, take the glass parts off and you'll see that every instruments, jauges and buttons are made of fuselage parts
