I know I was kidding your tyres are the wrong colour @JohnnyBoythePilot
@Chancey21
Some parts of the world call it tyres instead of tires.
@jamesPLANESii
I think the roll was fine, makes the plane very responsive.
Oh whoops XD @Chancey21

Stuff that could do with improvement:
I think that is about it. :)
The sleeping mat and backpack in the cabin are also nice additions to complete that back-country feel. 👍
I think this is a wonderful airplane and I spent around 10-15 minutes flying it around. Sure the design may be a little quirky or stubby but it's a very good plane otherwise. And to be honest, it doesn't actually look that much like a Zenith CH-750. The basic design layout and some of the lines are clearly based off the Zenith line, but there are features in the Albatross that are unique and original that aren't found in the Zenith such as the windows, wings, and the control yokes.
After successfully completing the flight review & testing of this wonderful airplane, here's the conclusion Rainier Aerospace has come to the Martin Albatross™ (aka Not-A-Zenith):
Top Speed @ 100% power (5k feet): 165mph
Cruise Speed @ 75% power (5k feet): 143mph
Top Speed @ 100% power(12k feet): 182mph
Cruise Speed @ 75% power (12k feet): 160mph
Best Glide Speed: 53mph
Stall Speed: 35mph
Stall Speed Full Flaps: 38mph
Best Glide Full Flaps: 45mph
Both Landing and T/O Rolls were est. under 100 ft.

Things I think Should be Improved or Fixed:
Change the orange nav light to red since the nav light patterns are green/red, not green/orange. Also, I'm pretty sure your adding this but you should add a visible engine in the engine bay if you gonna have the cowling opening for users to see. Also, the engine has sort of a "jet lag" to power changes or throttle inputs.
@jamesPLANESii
Ok I tested it on my Kindle. It runs very well for being 450 parts! And it looks amazing! A bit too short, but if that's what you want, it's ok. Also lands and takes off like a dream! But my only complaint is maneuverability. It handles like a Blue Angels on steroids. And it pitches up constantly, so trim up is always needed. But other than that, it is very good! Love it!
@Chancey21 no problem. I hope you'll edit this plane into a truly great one.
Thanks @EternalDarkness
@CRJ900Pilot
It is too tall for a bushplane. A human can literally stand in the cabin. I suggest simply making windows lower and nudging everything down. Wings bump the ground when folding, for which I suggest having them on two activation groups. One would rotate wings and the other one would fold them. It also pitches up heavily. Nice control surfaces, and I like the interior. Also, the fact that engine compartment opens.
