Welcome to the GT3 Competition Challenge! In this challenge, your task is to build a racecar that can lap Gold Prix Raceway quickly. The car only needs to meet these requirements:
-1:1(ish) scale
-Under 500HP
-Over 1,000lbs, under 8,000lbs
-thicc wing on the back

Other Rules:
-A successor would be nice
-Don't steal other people's creations
-The car should have realistic handling
-I know SP Physics are strange, so no cars over 280mph around the track.
-Don't make all your parts have zero drag, that's cheating. Work around the drag.
TIPS:
Downforce is key... if you're going to make aero, do it with wing parts, not fuselages...
Don't make wheels that have a 45 degree turn radius...
The car should do a lap in under 1:30, but not less than 0:40, then I think you're cheating

-1st Lap Time: /10
-How many laps to lap the AI (includes finishing that lap): /10
-Creativity: /5
-Overall lap time: /5 (How long did the whole race take, including lapping the AI?)
PRIZE:
-3 spotlights (If I can, y'all usually have more points than I do)
-15 updoots (if you even have that many builds... I'm not just gonna upvote 15 forum posts xD)

I mean, I've never seen a GT3 car with DRS, so if you're building one, then I'd assume no.

crap, so I had to redownload it to get successor again, no idea what happened. Had to do the base as a sub-as, but my colors are off now, and I've to get to work, and so many privileged first world problems <__> [little harp playing]. when's the cut off for the challenge?

We had a shooting scare at my school yesterday and spent over an hour in a dark room freaking out thinking we we gonna die... turns out the kid never actually came to school, the teachers just thought he was there with a gun... so that was really traumatic and I spent most of yesterday playing minecraft, I'll rate it once I get home
