ACAW Meteor
ACAW Meteor stealth jet
Unstable at high speed and lower altitudes, keep it high if you wanna go fast. This isn't another "pick up and go" plane. Some serious thought and prediction need to go into flying this thing. Start on land.
30,000 feet above the ground, the Meteor's cameras click to life at Mach 8. The plane, of which only 50 were made, is the result of FE's experimentation with new materials and elements in the late 60's. Kept secret under the name Project F.A.S.T, the jet's acceptance into service was quick and quiet. Pilots idolized it, as most didn't get past the rigorous mental and physical training required to pilot it. Only 17 managed to complete the test and fly the beast into combat, where it outran the likes of missiles, bullets, rockets, and interceptors planes. The twin FE-7ZJSSTi engines had to be specially built for each plane, made to use an ultra-dense fuel known as i29, as normal jet fuel would ignite too early at top speed. This fuel, though, often means the engine cannot be stopped once spooled up. The plane exited service as quietly as it came in 1997.
Or so we think.

@TigerThePilot Well I'm not to sure about that yet. The highest I've gotten so far was 6528mph. I've yet to see your Aurora get to speed.
Nice. I guess it can't beat the Aurora.
@TheGuyWhoFliesToGetHisPie Thanks. I was somewhat unhappy with how the first one turned out, and felt I could put more into it. So I did.
