The cobia was a manitowoc built submarine and is now at the manitowoc maritime museum in wisconsin! i got to go and see it last year, and it was awsome! just make sure if you go there, DONT TOUCH ANYTHING! The submarine is on STNBY witch means it is capable of starting up at any time and possibly going to war. also, if you want to buy the submarine for a night, its only 700$! thats cheap for a sub that cost more than 1 million to build. also! I recommend going to the USS Gato museum. the USS Gato was the sister Sub of the Cobia. the cobia also survied getting blown into the mub of the sea by a Japanese depth charge and it sunk 13 Japanese ships.
