The V-001 is a large object roughly 42ft on each side. The body is shaped liked a diamond, with a small eye on each side. The tip of the bottom is flat, with a pole-like base extending most of it's own height in length. It sits around 72ft above the ground.

V-001 is capable of producing sounds within the audible range of frequencies for human, though the exact means are unknown since it lacks any visible speakers. It not only is able to speak, but it can speak fluently in any language, even demonstrating the ability to communicate telepathically with deaf people. It also with stare unblinking at whoever it is communicating with. V-001 is constantly broadcasting false information, be it conspiracy theories, fake news, rumors about individuals, blasphemies of any and all religions, and lies about its own origins. This appears to be for the purpose of causing confusion and chaos as a result of misinformation. Furthermore, while it no reaction comes from refuting it's lies, any attempt to stop it from broadcasting results in it disappearing from it's current location and reappearing in a different one. How it does this is unknown. It is currently located at redacted, where it is allowed to freely broadcast it's misinformation, so that it does not relocate.
