Auto Credit Based on karlosdarkness's Lockheed Shooting Star
The two seat trainer version of the Lockheed P80, this popular plane remained in service in one form or another for nearly half a century and many are now in the hands of enthusiastic privateers. Given the enlarged tail and the shift in weight forward this aircraft flies better than the fighter on which it is based but is a little slower.
