This is the 2020 NoGo Cole, a sport hatchback very slightly inspired by the Volkswagen Beetle. The Cole has many much-needed features, including seatbelts!
History
The NoGo Cole was initially designed thinking about how popular more aerodynamic cars were becoming. Since all NoGos before this were primarily boxy, and not great on mileage, the Cole was born. The Cole implemented many new safety features, such as seatbelts, stiffer seats, but no airbags. Not required yet.
