History in Otesk War: In January 1940, Mexico and the United States manufactured a new plane that they had been creating for months. the P-51M Mustang. The plane is somewhat slow, but it is lethal. It is used both for combat in the skies and also for Air-to-Ground attacks.

@JABH no offence (I get patriotism and stuff) but I really don't think making a collaboration project is a good idea, because the P-51 is, and always has been, and always will be, an American plane, and an American plane only, that being said, since the D variant is already used, why don't you change it to M, and make it be a export variant that the US made for mexico
