A talkative girl who can't stop talking about physics and mechanisms of machinery. Whenever there is a mechanical problem at Millennium, she is the first to arrive on the scene to explain the situation.

Nicknamed as the "Walking Encyclopedia." Whenever there's a problem or if someone asks a question, Kotori would go as far back as its history and explain every single detail. Due to this, people often tend to avoid talking to her, just so they don't have to hear her lectures.

On the other hand, when Sensei asked her to describe her hobbies and favorite things, she gets hesitant and flustered, as seen in her relationship story.

Story

Kotori pilots the MiG-27 Flogger-J , it was modified to have more Air-to-Air missile that makes it a Air-superiority fighter. The aircraft was construct by the hands of the Millennium academy students with the help of the Engineering Dept. Funny thing is the blueprint of the aircraft is actually from a abandoned facility near the Ruins. The origin of the blueprint remains unknown.

The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-27 (NATO reporting name: Flogger-J) was a variable-sweep ground-attack aircraft, originally built by the Mikoyan-Gurevich design bureau in the Soviet Union and later licence-produced in India by Hindustan Aeronautics as the Bahadur ("Valiant"). It is based on the Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-23 fighter aircraft, but optimised for air-to-ground attack. Unlike the MiG-23 , the MiG-27 did not have widespread use outside Russia, as most countries opted for the Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-23BN and Sukhoi Su-22 instead. As of late 2023, all Russian, Indian, Sri Lankan, Ukrainian, and Kazakh MiG-27s have been retired, bringing the type's service to an end.
