This is a car designed to be able to keep driving even when faced with obstacles or if it gets flipped. The wheels move in and out, as well as up and down to allow the car to raise itself or lower itself. This also means that it can move the wheels back to the ground if it flips over. In that case, the body also rotates 180 degrees to return to an upright position. VTOL= Raise/Lower Wheels Trim= Body Rotation
