North American T-6 Texan
Here is my entry for ollielebanania's Training Plane Tournament.
The T-6 "Texan" is a training aircraft built by North American Aviation. it was the most used for the training of pilots of the ww2. I reproduced one in particular: This is one of the planes of the "Ailes anciennes de Corbas" (Old wings of Corbas) association, which restores old planes, and is located on a aerodrome a few km from my home. it was used throughout the ww2 on the Craig Field (Alabama). Next the ww2, CR311 (CR for CRaig) was used in the french army for the Algerian war. In 1996, being abandonned, it was recovered by the AAC and began restoration. In 2013, it made its first flight after several decades.
it has a fairly good maneuverability, I made my first custom flaps on it.
Functions:
VTOL (down): Flaps,
AG1: Landing Lights.
