A Pre-World War 1 cruiser built for the US Navy. She was considered a "Protected Cruiser" and was the first class of Protected Cruiser the US Navy fielded. Her armament consisted of: Eight 6in Guns, Four 3pdr Guns, Four 2pdr Guns, Two 1pdr Guns, and Two gatling guns. She followed the ABC Cruisers (Those being USS Atlanta, USS Boston, and USS Chicago) she was eventually retired and sold for scrap

@KPLBall I'm more towards the side of no, but hey, gotta start somewhere; I'd say a good example of a PES is my IJN Yukikaze, which despite it's part count being 400+, compensates with it having a lot of details relative to it's part count.. or maybe my MRNS Solyeil, that one's decently efficient too
