Thanks @bang091
Great plane by the way
There is no possible way for it to do that, i have taken pics of it with a digital camera. The paint they use does reflect radio waves, so if you were using a version of a digital camera that used radio waves to make out objects, then it would do this @Flash0of0green
@bang091 I actually went to go and see the SR 71 at an air Museum. I attempted to take a picture of it and it did not show up on my digital camera. Therefore you are in fact wrong or some how the museum I went to was screwing with the digital camera.
What you said was a myth @Flash0of0green
That "stealth" allow is actually paint. And the material that it is made up of is titanium. It can not block digital cameras. Myth
I have a complete pic of an SR71 Blackbird, it was not blocked
@SledDriver last time I tryed to take a picture of the SR-71 blackbird (on my digital camera) it just showed up as a blank jet bay. It's that stealth Alloway that uses Blocks digital imaging.
COOL...
@Flash0of0green Oh, I have hundreds of photos of the SR-71 - I just wasn't using them as a reference. Maybe I'll build an exact replica someday.
@SledDriver looks like the real thing I'd post up a picture to give comparison but it's image blocked you can't take pictures of it.
@MrMecha Now that I've had time to think about it, your suggestion is growing on me. Stand by for more detailed models in the near future.
@MrMecha Thanks very much for the links to those tools, Overload is exactly what I need. Re: details, I do know how to add them, but I actually prefer the clean, minimal style. I want my planes to be purely functional and keep the number of parts to a minimum. Thanks for the feedback, though.
@jfriss Yeah, I know it can be improved, I wasn't working from a blueprint or photos, just from memory. It's not meant to be an exact replica, more of an experiment to test the possibilities. And thanks, glad you like it.
I am not saying that its bad, I love it, this is WAYY better than i can do, but it could be improved, but dude, this is AMAZING!
