The IS-11 is the latest of the MBTs of the IS Line aka (Iosef Stalin)
Featuring a ceramic+ballistic armor composition, the IS-11 can potentially stop shells like HEAT and APFSDS from penetrating the armour due to it's unique armour profile as seen from the other IS tanks, having 250mm of the armour composite at the front, while the sides and rear have 187.5mm of armour sloped at excellent angles to prevent penetration to the sides, thus ricochets occur frequently
The gun of the MBT is a 152mm Cannon strapped on to a ballistic shaped turret for max ricochet effectiveness, producing a max penetration of 4 500mm of RHAe using an APFSDS, 145mm of RHAe using HE
Mobility is one of the stronger points of this MBT, allowing it to reach speeds of 90mph and a traverse of 120°s thanks to the help of Paternia's engines procured by their tank industry
Alongside that, the depression angle of the tank is insane, 20°, basically it can hide the turret altogether and snipe, although it is only possible if the gun is facing forward.
