Phalanx

21.2k HKAerodynamics  7.2 years ago

From the depths of the "Work in Progress" list comes the HK Alpha-62 Phalanx. I remade parts of this year old design (The prototype was never released) and I found that it had a lot more potential than I thought. As I modified I was able to provide more maneuverability, smooth down the fuselage, and finish the airbrakes. In addition, the aircraft also has a Featherlight landing sequence, made possible by it being a lightweight fighter, and the fine tuned CoM. As with any high maneuverability aircraft, never pitch too hard. Enjoy your landings on the USS Tiny! (Can land and takeoff from the USS Tiny without reversing.)
