Ibishu Type-17 (Upgrade model 22) is a small Japanese MBT used by the Japanese defense force as a quick and reliable MBT, even though it has that status, this MBT is still lacking of smoke launchers, probably for balance reason who knows.
Anyways, the crew of the tank has "personalized" the tank into their liking, which result in this... Thing... And they later nickname the tank as "Nekopara" based off the anime Nekopara with the word "Jessie Graham" written on its skirt, for some reason

Her name is Jessie Graham. she's a well, small Japanese MBT! she's quite friendly towards other tank, except if you made her mad (don't do that).

Her usual armor is actually just 80mm - 112mm but she has ERA strapped into her, thickening her armor.
She's armed with 105mm M68 II and reach up to almost 89mph! (I don't know what's that in kmph I accidentally set it to mph when I downloaded it please help)

And well yeah! She's a force to be reckoned with, don't ever mess with her, ever.
