McDonnell Douglas Rambo Jutter F-7.5 C
Introduction
So, where to begin? You all know of the F-15 right, well imagine if they had scaled it down slightly and shrunk the width to accomodate a single engine, then you would have the F-7.5.
Based on the F-15, the F-7.5 was born of the need for a single engine lightweight fighter to compete with the F-16. Built in reasonable numbers this aircraft was competetive in nature with the F-16 and built on MD's experiences with the F-15.
The colour scheme is based on Boeing P-26 Peashooters and is a bit of a commerative scheme for the airshow scene. The aircraft is identifies as being part of the 111 Fighter Squadron on the premise that instead of being shunted off to fly computers with UAV's attached to them they were instead moved to an alternative airport in England (Teeside Airport) to support the operations at RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall. While at this airport they were also used to promote the USAF at English airshows hence the colour scheme.
Controls
AG1 = start the engines
AG2 = arm guns
AG3 = arm weapons (not equiped)
AG5 = eject
AG6 = airbrake
AG7 = brake chute
AG8 = close/open canopy
VTOL dn = flaps
Features
Where to start? I have thrown pretty much everything i know at this one, I have used funkycrap for most parts using codes i have been given over the years so, for example, the steering on the nose wheel doesnt work over 88mph (thanks Bog), engine is activated at 2% throttle when started (thanks JamesPlanes), reheat only activates at high engine throttle percentages (thanks to someone that i have forgotten).
Ontop of that we also have:
Variable engine intake positions
Flaps and slats
All flying tail surfaces
Detailed cockpit
Awesome colour scheme
Recessed airbrake
Sequenced undercarriage and doors
Fun flying model (better with joystick, keys are all or nothing straight away)

@ReinMcDeer it's amazing the difference in load times etc isn't it. Pity though, I like my sub assemblies...
@RamboJutter Holy crap. I just deleted all of my subassemblies and wow. The difference in game performance is literally night and day.
Looks like the F-15 is on a weight loss journey
@RamboJutter
What about a V configuration with the rudders? Although that would ruin the aesthetics of the plane
@spectre118 the rear section isn't wide enough for 2 fins, I did look at it though.
@Brayden1981 help yourself then, just make sure it's not just a recolour or admins might remove it :)
Personally id’ve kept the twin vertical stabilizers, but either way, it’s a great build
@RamboJutter like a kind of Blue Angels livery
Poor crippled F-15 pray for fast recovery
@Brayden1981 what did you have in mind?
@ThomasRoderick @PriusCat @Tanglednebula19 thanks guys, always nice to get comments and upvotes.
@ReinMcDeer it helps, trust me :) only now I have to remake all my stardard bits lol
