Controls

  • Throttle to move up/down. 50% to hover.
  • Pitch for forward/reverse, roll to turn.
  • VTOL for turret traverse.
  • Trim for pitch angle

The ship is armed with 2 different guns and LOTS of cleavers for anti-ground targets.

If you're wondering why this is classified as a Seraph-Class dreadnought even though it looks nothing like it, here's the reason. This concept is inspired by the hero ships of Dreadnought, where the hero ship is radically different from the original design yet it still retains the original ship classification.

Sorry for the terrible flight performance. I mainly built this for looks.

@ThomasRoderick welp, it's the only ship of its kind. This concept is inspired by the hero ships of Dreadnought, where the hero ship is radically different from the original design yet it still retains the ship classification. Take for example the Outis corvette. It looks like a stealth fighter which is totally different from its base Oberon corvette design which has an organic look to it. Also the Morning Star, whose original Zmey-Class dreadnought design looks like a flying submarine while the hero ship has an angular bow with an angel monument attached.

This doesn't really resemble a Seraph-class... A Seraph class had smaller, quicker-firing guns, and two fixed-forward-firing fusion beams, while the Vindicta seems to be designed as a heavy bombardment vessel, with the engine/ reactor nancelles and the bridge being the only parts of an original Seraph. If anything, this class of dreadnought should be named along the lines of "Fallen Angel" or "Lucifer", given it's a complete overhaul of a Seraph-class, with an entirely new weapon pack to boot.
