Aero L-29R Delfin
The Czechoslovakian Aero L-29 Delfin was the standard jet trainer of the Warsaw Pact countries during the 1960s.
It was easy to fly, undemanding and pretty popular. 3.665 Delfins were built. 2.000 of them served in the Soviet air force. They were also exported to many third world countries. Some Delfins take part in air races.
Maximum speed during level flight: 660 kph.
The reconnaissance version L-29R carries a camera pod under the fuselage. It is armed with 2 double barreled 20mm guns in gun pods under the wings.
VTOL for flaps
B for airbrake
AG1: Switch nav lights
This is one of four versions that I upload.
1. Unarmed Soviet trainer
2. Czechoslovakian reconnaissance version with gunpods
3. Nigerian bomber version
4. Egyptian ground attack version from the 1973 Yom Kippur war
