Boeing F-15SG Strike Eagle Version 3.0 Based On RD F-15E Strike Eagle
For SimplePlanes

Upgrades:

  • Integrated AN/AAS- 43 Tiger Eye IRST System to Lockheed Martin AN/AAQ-33 Sniper XR Targeting Pod’s pylon
  • More accurate model
  • Added JHMCS
  • Added Lookback translation to WSO

The F-15’s design was originally guided by the principle, “not a pound for air-to-ground.” However, when the United States Air Force (USAF) called for a new strike fighter in the 1981 Enhanced Tactical Fighter program, McDonnell Douglas proposed the twin-seat F-15E, a further development of the already existing Fuel and Sensor, Tactical (FAST) pack for F-15’s. The F-15E has an additional 6 hardpoints on the fuselage capable of mounting various guided and unguided munitions in addition to an AN/AAQ-13 navigation pod and a targeting pod. Despite this, it retains the air-to-air lethality of its predecessor. To assist in weapons operations, a Weapons Systems Officer (WSO) sits in the rear seat.

The F-15E is operated primarily by the USAF, but specialized variants are used by Israel (F-15I), South Korea (F-15K), Qatar (F-15QA), Saudi Arabia (F-15S) (F-15SA), and
Singapore (F-15SG). Read More..

    @Applecrumble
    I think I know why HMD is janky.
    You don't need to rotate the camera because it's already rotated by panning.
    You just need to rotate the label.
